The Rendered.ai team is thrilled to share that our partner, Quadridox along with Iconal and SureScan as part of a DfT-funded effort, is working to develop and validate the use of physics-based synthetic data in enabling security operators to detect current and emerging threats quicker and more effectively.

Engineered, or synthetic, data is produced by either resampling from existing datasets or by simulating sensor-based data collection in digitally modeled scenarios.

Synthetic data has the potential to be used to assess and validate #AI and #ML algorithm performance and requires independent validation in order to become a trusted and valuable tool. The Quadridox, Iconal, and SureScan effort is another important project along the way to help demonstrate the applicability of synthetic data!
