Learn about Synthetic Data at CVPR 2022 with Rendered.ai
TLDR: Come join Rendered.ai at this year’s live CVPR 2022 in New Orleans where we’re giving a half-day tutorial on June 20th with NVIDIA on using a platform for synthetic data to create data for AI/ML training and validation!
With the return of live events, the Rendered.ai team is excited to be able to meet and work with users in person. For that reason, we’re delivering several live tutorials at conferences this year. The next one is going to be a 1/2 day hands-on workshop tutorial at CVPR 2022 on June 20th in New Orleans from 9:00AM-12:30PM.
The IEEE / CVF Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition Conference (CVPR) is the premier annual computer vision event with tutorials, workshops, and a main conference covering all ranges of topics associated with vision tools and techniques related to AI and ML. The conference is happening over 6 days, from June 19th through the 24th.
We are pleased to be able to present with a guest from NVIDIA who will be announced as we get closer to the event. The goal of the tutorial will be to introduce users to the advantage of using a platform for synthetic data generation with these four parts:
- Introducing physics-based synthetic data and the need for a synthetic data platform
- Generating sample data and using the data to run an experiment
- An overview of how to create synthetic data for real world use cases using Rendered.ai
- Postprocessing and analytics on synthetic datasets with the help of real world data
Students who attend the class will learn about the patterns of synthetic data creation that successful customers are employing, the range of options when generating synthetic data that are possible with physics-based simulation tools, and the steps to consider when engineering synthetic datasets. We’ll even discuss some of the tools we’re using to help customers compare real and synthetic datasets.
